No. Kaze no Shizuku is supplied unscented.

The reeds are intended for passive fragrance diffusion when used with a compatible diffuser vessel and a fragrance liquid specifically suitable for reed-diffuser use.

Kaze no Shizuku is available in:

• Kuro Kaze — Deep Brown
• Momoiro Kaze — Soft Pink
• Shiroi Kaze — Ivory White

Each set contains five matching reeds in one selected colour. Colour mixing is not available within one set.

Minor colour-tone differences may occur between production batches or due to screen and lighting conditions.

Start with three reeds and allow sufficient time to assess the fragrance in your space.

Add a fourth or fifth reed gradually when you want more exposed reed surface or a fuller arrangement.

Confirm that your vessel opening can safely accommodate the selected number of reeds without forcing them into the neck.

Using more reeds provides additional exposed reed surface and may increase fragrance release and diffuser-liquid consumption.

However, a specific fragrance level cannot be guaranteed. Actual performance depends on the diffuser liquid, vessel opening, room size, airflow, temperature, reed condition and conditions of use.

Choose a stable diffuser vessel with:

• A suitably weighted base
• An opening that comfortably accommodates three to five reeds
• An appropriate height for approximately 24 cm reeds
• A level and protected placement surface

Use a ready-to-use liquid specifically formulated for reed diffusion, or follow a fragrance product’s confirmed reed-diffuser preparation instructions.

Do not use water, room spray, body oil or massage oil. Do not pour undiluted essential oil directly into the vessel unless the fragrance product’s instructions specifically permit that method.

Where permitted by the diffuser-liquid instructions, saturated reeds may be rotated carefully when fragrance release becomes lighter.

Use tissue or gloves, protect the surrounding surface and clean accidental spills promptly. Do not handle saturated reeds with bare hands unnecessarily.

The reeds may appear darker, more saturated or slightly different in colour after absorbing diffuser liquid.

The amount of visible change depends on the reed colour, diffuser-liquid colour, liquid formula and duration of use. This is not necessarily a product defect.

A general replacement guide is approximately every 2–3 months.

Replace the reeds earlier if fragrance release becomes noticeably weaker, absorption appears reduced, the reeds become heavily saturated or oily, dust affects their appearance, or they become bent or damaged.

Actual replacement timing varies according to the diffuser liquid, vessel, room conditions and frequency of use.

New reeds are recommended when changing to a different fragrance. Previously saturated reeds may retain the original scent and cause fragrance carry-over.

Clean and dry the compatible vessel before adding fresh diffuser liquid and new reeds.

No. Do not wash, soak or spray Kaze no Shizuku.

Water and cleaning products may affect the fibre construction, absorption and compatibility with the diffuser liquid. Replace dirty or damaged reeds instead.

Handle saturated reeds with tissue or gloves.

Keep them away from walls, curtains, clothing, furniture and delicate surfaces. Place the diffuser on a stable, level and protected surface, and clean accidental spills promptly according to the diffuser-liquid instructions.

Keep the complete diffuser setup away from children, pets, flames, heat and prolonged direct sunlight.

If your address has restricted access, special entry requirements or other delivery limitations, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether delivery can be arranged.

Orders are usually prepared within approximately 1 working day, excluding public holidays, closure periods and unusually high order volumes.

Orders requiring additional confirmation may take longer. We will contact you if further information is required.

Delivery is normally completed within approximately 1–3 working days after the order is prepared.

Delivery timing is an estimate rather than a guaranteed appointment and may be affected by order volume, courier availability, weather, access restrictions and public holidays.

Current standard Singapore delivery charges are:

• Orders of $50 and above: Free standard delivery
• Orders below $50: $4.90 standard delivery fee
• Additional delivery location: $4.90 for each additional location

Delivery rates remain subject to the current published Shipping Policy.

Direct delivery is normally scheduled from Tuesday to Friday.

Courier delivery may operate on additional days depending on the appointed courier’s schedule.

Weekend or public-holiday delivery requires advance arrangement and may incur a special delivery fee.

Normal delivery windows are:

• Courier delivery: Approximately 7:00 AM–9:00 PM

A specific arrival time cannot always be guaranteed because delivery depends on route planning and courier conditions.

We do not currently arrange direct international shipping.

Our standard delivery service is limited to eligible addresses within Singapore.

Yes. An overseas customer may place an order using a nominated Singapore freight-forwarding address.

The customer should confirm that the freight forwarder accepts the product and can legally ship it to the destination country before ordering.

The customer is responsible for selecting, arranging and paying the freight forwarder.

The customer must also provide the correct Singapore forwarding address and comply with the forwarder’s documentation, packaging and product-acceptance requirements.

Our delivery responsibility ends after the parcel has been successfully delivered to the customer’s nominated Singapore address or freight forwarder.

Any onward international shipment is arranged separately between the customer and the freight forwarder.

Shizuku Comfort is not responsible for loss, delay, damage, leakage, repacking or handling issues that occur after the parcel has been accepted by the customer’s freight forwarder.

Any claim relating to the onward shipment should be made directly with the freight forwarder or international carrier.
