Standard delivery

Orders $50 and above → Free delivery

Orders below $50 → $4.90 delivery fee

For multiple locations:
Additional $4.90 per extra location

Express delivery

From $9.90

Requires WhatsApp arrangement before selection

Delivery timing is not fixed and depends on route planning for the day

Special timing delivery

Weekend / public holiday delivery → $18.90

Requires WhatsApp arrangement in advance

Important notes

• Orders may be split across multiple deliveries if needed
• Additional locations will incur extra charges
• Express and special timing deliveries must be arranged via WhatsApp

Once an order is prepared or out for delivery, a $15 admin fee applies for cancellations

Collection is by confirmed appointment only

Own courier collection is allowed

Please ensure your courier schedules a pickup time in advance

Once collected, we are not responsible for any loss or damage

Tracking & delivery responsibility

• You will receive delivery updates via WhatsApp or email once your order is ready and when it has been delivered

• We’ll keep you updated at each key step so you know exactly when to expect your order

• We are responsible until your order reaches your delivery location

• For customer-arranged courier or freight, responsibility is transferred once collected

• Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather, or logistics factors

Delivery coverage

We currently deliver within Singapore only

For overseas orders, customers may arrange their own freight collection

Please inform us in advance of your freight company’s pickup date and time

We will confirm the collection location and details with you via WhatsApp

Once collected, we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit
