DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp notification for tracking updates.
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days after processing
- Courier Deliveries: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Shizuku Direct Deliveries: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (weekdays only)
⚠️ Peak seasons and public holidays may affect delivery timing.
Our delivery fees are calculated based on your order value and delivery type:
- For orders below $50, a $10 courier fee applies.
- For orders between $50 and $80, standard delivery is free.
- For furniture orders below $80, a $20 delivery fee per location will be charged.
- Next-day delivery is available for $25, or free for orders above $100 when confirmed before 1 PM.
- Weekend or after-hours deliveries are charged at $30, or free for orders above $120 (limited slots available).

Prefer to pick up your order instead of delivery? We offer free self-collection at our warehouse — simply arrange an appointment in advance.

Overseas customers may arrange their own freight service for collection.

Shizuku Comfort is responsible for all parcels until successful delivery.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, a $20 re-delivery fee will apply.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted once the packaging is opened.
Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receipt, provided that:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging
- The exchange request is arranged with our support team
If we handle the transport, a $20 service fee applies.
Alternatively, you may use your own courier.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos or videos of the defect for verification.
If approved, bring the full set (with packaging) for exchange.

Yes. For hygiene reasons, pillows, bolsters, blankets, and bedding items cannot be exchanged once used or opened.
If the exchange is due to an approved defect, Shizuku Comfort covers it.
If the exchange is due to personal preference, the customer bears courier costs.
Exchange requests are usually handled within 3–5 working days once approved.

For pillows, spot clean the foam only and machine wash the covers separately on a gentle cycle.
For blankets, use cold water with a gentle wash setting and tumble dry on low heat.
For bedding, wash gently, avoid bleach, and line dry for best results.
For bolsters, remove the outer cover for washing and avoid washing the memory foam filling.
💧 Always air dry thoroughly before reuse to maintain freshness and longevity.
