Choose Hanazora when decorative floral impact is your main priority.

Only when the essential-oil product’s instructions specifically confirm that it is suitable for direct reed-diffuser use.

Do not assume every pure essential oil can be poured directly into a diffuser vessel. Some concentrated essential oils require a compatible diffuser base or dilution before they can be used for reed diffusion.

Do not use massage oil, water, fragrance spray or another unsuitable liquid with Hanazora.

Choose a compatible diffuser bottle or aroma vessel with:

This is a normal possible effect of using an absorbent flower reed with coloured or oil-based diffuser liquid.

A general replacement guide is approximately every 2–3 months.

For overseas orders, customers may arrange their own freight or courier collection. Please refer to the Overseas Orders section below.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Preparation time may vary according to order volume, product availability, weekends and public holidays.

Standard delivery normally takes approximately 1–3 working days after your order has been prepared.
