For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, towels are not eligible for return, refund or exchange once the packaging has been opened or the product has been washed or used.

Unopened products may be considered for exchange within seven days, subject to the eligibility requirements in the current Return and Refund Policy.

For an incorrect, damaged or defective item, contact Shizuku Comfort within seven days. Keep the towel unwashed and unused, and retain the original packaging, labels and tags for assessment.
