Our waffle blankets are made from 100% cotton, offering durability, softness, and OEKO-TEX® certification for safety and environmental standards. Do note that a slight shrinkage after washing is normal and does not affect the blanket's quality or performance.
Our bedding is made from luxurious TENCEL™ with a 300 thread count, ensuring softness, breathability, and eco-friendliness.
Yes, all products are CertiPUR-US® and OEKO-TEX® certified for safety and quality.
Pillows: Spot clean foam cores and machine wash covers on a gentle cycle.
- Waffle Blanket: Machine wash in cold water and tumble dry on low. Expect minor shrinkage after washing.
- Bedding: Machine wash gently and avoid harsh detergents or bleach.
We recommend replacing your pillow every 1-2 years for optimal support and hygiene.
Ordering and Payment
Browse our website, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout.
We accept Credit Cards, PayNow, and Bank Transfers.
Inform us as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll update the address for you. However, if the order has already been shipped, you’ll need to liaise with the courier for further resolution.
Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before shipment. A $15 admin fee applies to cancellations made after this timeframe.
No, only one discount code can be applied per order.
Shipping and Delivery

Yes, for orders above $60. A standard shipping fee applies for orders below this amount.
Yes, self-pickup is available by appointment:
- Pickup Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM (excluding weekends and public holidays)
- Booking Required: WhatsApp us with your order number to schedule a time.
A tracking link will be sent via email or WhatsApp after shipment.
Contact us for assistance if your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns due to hygiene reasons. However, exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving the item, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is in its original, unopened packaging.
- You need to arrange a date and time with us to bring the item to our location for the exchange.
If you require us to arrange the exchange on your behalf, a service fee of $20 will apply.
Warranty and Defective Items
We do not currently offer a formal warranty.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with detailed photos and/or videos of the defect. If the claim is approved, you will need to bring the entire set, including all original packaging, to our location for inspection and exchange.
If you require us to arrange transportation, a service fee of $20 will apply. Alternatively, you can arrange your own courier service. However, please note that Shizuku Comfort will not be responsible for any damage or loss during transit arranged by the customer.
