Warranty Policy
Currently, Shizuku Comfort does not offer a formal warranty for our products. However, we are here to assist with any product issues you may encounter.
If you receive a product with a defect that is not due to wear and tear:
- Notify Us Within 7 Days
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp with a detailed description of the issue and clear photos or videos showing the defect.
- Our Response
- We will review your submission and respond within 1-2 working days with the next steps.
Return of Defective Item
- Customers must arrange their own courier service to return the defective item to us.
- Important: Shizuku Comfort is not responsible for any loss, damage, or missing parcels during transit.
- Returns are by appointment only; please contact us in advance to schedule the return.

For hygiene reasons, returns and refunds are not allowed for any purchases.
Eligibility
If you have ordered the wrong product, exchanges are allowed within 3 days of receiving the item, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and include the complete set.
- Exchanges are limited to products of equal or higher value. If the new product is of a higher price, customers must pay the price difference.
Choose one of the following options to complete your exchange:
Self-Arrangement
- Arrange your own courier service or visit the Shizuku Comfort showroom for the exchange.
- Showroom visits are by appointment only and must be booked in advance.
Shizuku Comfort Collection Service
- For convenience, you can opt for Shizuku Comfort to handle the exchange collection for a $20 service fee.

To ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers, only unopened and unused items are eligible for exchange.
Customer Responsibility:
If arranging your own courier, Shizuku Comfort is not responsible for any damage, loss, or missing parcels during transit.
Service Fee:
A $20 fee applies for exchanges or returns facilitated by Shizuku Comfort's collection service.
