Order Processing
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Order Confirmation
- You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
Delivery Schedule & Address Updates
Delivery Time Frame
- After processing, orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.
Delivery Notifications
- Before delivery, you will receive a WhatsApp message confirming the delivery date and time for your convenience.
Delivery Timing
- Courier Services: Deliveries occur between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
- Shizuku Comfort / Shizuku Scents Direct Deliveries: Available between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM.
Address Changes
- Notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for address updates or order modifications.
- If the item has already been dispatched or is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect details, a $20 fee will apply to reschedule or update the address.
Shipping Fees
Shizuku Comfort & Shizuku Scents
Standard Shipping (Courier)
- Orders below $50: $10 courier fee applies.
- Orders between $50 and $80: Free courier service.
- Orders below $80 (for delivery): $20 delivery fee per location applies.
- Orders above $80: Free delivery.
Next-Day Delivery
- Fee: $25 per location.
- Waiver: Spend above $100 to enjoy free next-day delivery.
Special Delivery Timing
- Fee: $30 per location for weekend or after-hours deliveries.
- Waiver: Spend above $120 for free special delivery.
Self-Collection
- Self-collection is free, but the timing will be arranged and advised upon order confirmation.
Failed Delivery Attempts
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or absence of the recipient, re-delivery charges may apply.
Self-Pickup Option
Store Pickup
- Pick up your order directly from our location.
Appointment Requirement
- Self-pickup is available by appointment only. WhatsApp us at +65 8479 5232 with your order number to schedule a time.
Pickup Hours
- Appointments are available from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Courier Collection
- Customers may arrange their own courier for pickup.
- The courier must book a pickup time in advance.
- Shizuku Comfort is not responsible for any loss or damage once the parcel has been collected by your courier.
International Shipping
Current Policy
- At this time, we only ship within Singapore.
For Overseas Customers
- You may arrange your own freight service to collect your order from our location.
- Shizuku Comfort / Shizuku Scents is not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels once collected by your freight service.

- For courier or freight services arranged by the customer, Shizuku Comfort is not liable for any loss or damage during transit.

- Natural disasters, public holidays, or logistical challenges may extend the delivery timeframe. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
