Fluff and Air Out: Upon arrival, your pillow is compressed for shipping. Fluff it and let it air out for a few days to fully expand to its optimal shape.
Initial Odor: A slight scent is normal for compressed memory foam. To reduce it, air the pillow in a well-ventilated space or tumble dry on low heat for a few minutes. The odor is harmless and the pillow is CertiPUR-US® certified, free from harmful chemicals.
Care for Pillow Protector:
- Outer Cover: Machine wash with warm water on a delicate cycle. Tumble dry on low.
Avoid: Do not wash foam filling, dry clean, bleach, iron, or steam.
- Time: 3-5 working days
- Fees: Free for orders over $60; $20 for others
